Based out of Coral Gables, FL, Blue Mar Real Estate Group has been a provider of real estate brokerage services in South Florida since 2004.  The company’s founder and principal, Marie Sanjurjo, is a Miami native who holds a Masters of Business Administration and has nine years’ experience in real estate brokerage and fourteen years’ experience in real estate finance. The company was established under the core values of strict professionalism, education and a high level of customer service at all times. These values have been instilled in the company’s sales force and administrative staff throughout the years.

Blue Mar has represented both buyers and sellers, private and institutions, in numerous purchase and sale transactions.  The company’s scope of services includes pre-marketing activities such as property inspection and photography, opinion of value (BPO, CMA, BOV), property preservation and security.  Once listed, the Associate meticulously maintains the property and visits the site at least once a week to ensure the property is safe at all times and compliant with all local ordinances.  The property is exposed to the market via on an onsite sign and is placed on the Southeast Florida MLS. Additionally, the company offers expanded online marketing through all of the major real estate websites and Associate held Open Houses.

The company also maintains the latest technology in order to be in constant communications with buyers and sellers.  Our full time Associates have Blackberry phones giving them mobile email capabilities and electronic fax numbers enabling them to receive faxes when outside the office.  This gives our Associates an advantage in being able to present offers and proposals as well as receive and respond to assignments in a very efficient manner. This mobile technology, coupled with our core value of customer service, ensure that our Associates are accessible to our customers at all hours and days of the week when the need arises.
